Vision

Joel H. Farkas founded JF Companies with the goal of “adding value to communities.” The focus of the organization is identifying cooperative regional solutions for water and wastewater, municipal and agricultural needs — thereby creating long-term directives for sustainable land use. JF Companies’ businesses thrive because their customers and communities benefit from the organization’s infrastructure expertise.

Incorporating this unique approach to land development since 1984, has resulted in numerous successful water and sanitation districts working with local government, provided neighboring communities with sustainable resources, increased the value and quality of local water resources, and even provided capital funding for new school districts.

JF Companies recently announced a new venture with former Colorado Governor Bill Owens — the JCB Group — to focus on evaluating and acquiring available land throughout the western U.S. and select locations in Europe and the Pacific Rim for residential/commercial development and investment projects.
