The 90-unit project is housed in an 11-story, 1931 Art Deco building, with a lobby filled with Art Deco plaster moldings and original lighting. When finished, the units will have exposed ductwork, concrete ceilings and brick outer walls. At the same time, they’ll also have high-speed Internet, appliances and satellite TV.
